30 days to change your mind

If we are not the right host for you, we refund the hosting fees and help you move out. You get money back, not account credit. The terms spell out exactly how it works.

What happens after you choose

Checkout runs in our client area. If you are moving from another host, do not set anything up yet: start the free migration instead and an engineer brings your site across before anything switches.

What this costs you in year two

Most large hosts advertise a low first-year price and renew at three or four times it. The intro price is a marketing cost, and you pay it back later.

A typical intro price

$2.99 → $11.99

$323.64 over three years, an average of $8.99 a month for hosting you thought cost $2.99.

Ours, from

$7.99 → $7.99

$287.64 over three years. Year one, year two and year three are the same number, because there is no intro price to pay back.

The renewal price changes only if our own costs rise, at most once a year and with 60 days' notice. The terms say how.

Common questions

Is this WordPress-only?

No. It is ordinary cPanel hosting, so any PHP site runs here: Laravel, Joomla, a static site, whatever you have. We lead with WordPress because that is what most of our customers run, and because the WordPress extras are already included rather than sold as a tier.

What does 'managed' actually include?

Core and plugin updates, daily off-server backups, malware scanning and a firewall through cPGuard, LiteSpeed caching configured for you, and an engineer to call when something misbehaves. You write content; we keep the machine running.

What is the difference between the three plans?

Only size: websites, storage, CPU and memory. Every feature is on every plan, including staging, LiteSpeed, updates, email and backups. There is no cheaper tier with things quietly missing.

Is email included?

Yes, on every plan, with mailboxes on your own domain. We do not charge separately for it.

Can you move my existing site?

Yes, and an engineer does it rather than a script. Migration is free on every plan, tested before the switch, with no downtime.

What is a staging environment?

A private copy of your site where you can try a plugin or a redesign before it goes live. It is included on all three plans.

Are there visitor limits?

No artificial visitor caps. Plans differ in server resources, and those numbers are published rather than hidden. If you outgrow one, upgrading takes a click and prorated billing.

Can I move up a size, or on to a VPS, later?

Any time. Moving between sizes is a click. Moving up to a VPS is a job we do for you, free, with no downtime.
