Fully managed adds $30 a month to any size, or $25 on a yearly term. The Enhance control panel for up to 10 websites is included whichever you pick, and cPanel and Plesk are available from $16.69 a month.

We review every order by hand before the server is built. That costs a little time and it catches bad configurations before you inherit them.

  • 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Fast NVMe storage
  • No renewal price traps
  • Real engineers answer

Choose how you want to run your server

The hardware is identical either way. What changes is who does the work on top of it.

Recommended

Fully managed

Our engineers run the server with you. It’s what most people should pick, and it’s how we’ve always worked.

  • We provision the server and set it up for what you told us you're running
  • We install and configure a supported control panel
  • We apply our security baseline before it goes into service
  • We keep the operating system and platform patched
  • We handle the day-to-day platform administration
  • We troubleshoot when something breaks
  • Ongoing support from the engineers who run the hardware

Self-managed

Root access and a solid machine underneath it. You already know how to run a server, so we stay out of your way.

  • Full root access from the moment it boots
  • You own the operating system and its updates
  • You own the applications, services, and configuration
  • We keep the hardware, network, and virtualization layer healthy
  • Lower monthly cost than the managed equivalent
  • Built for people who already run servers for a living

Worth knowing before you order: a VPS ordered without a supported control panel can’t use the standard fully managed service. If you want us running the server, choose one of the supported panels in the configurator.

Configure it around your workload

You choose the operating system, control panel, and software during checkout. Available options automatically adapt to the operating system and control panel you select, which helps prevent incompatible configurations.

Operating system

  • Ubuntu
  • AlmaLinux
  • Debian
  • Rocky Linux
  • and other supported distributions

Control panel

  • Enhance
  • cPanel & WHM
  • Plesk
  • No control panel

Add-ons

  • LiteSpeed Web Server
  • CloudLinux
  • Imunify360
  • Softaculous Premium
  • Additional IPv4
  • Offsite backup storage
  • Fully managed or self-managed

Panel and software licenses are handled with the order, so the server is ready to use when you log in.

Why these servers are different

Plenty of cheap VPS plans are thin slices of an overloaded host. These are not that.

Dedicated CPU resources

Cores are allocated to your server on AMD EPYC 9645 hardware, not sold to you as a share of a generic vCPU pool.

DDR5 ECC memory

Error-correcting memory catches single-bit errors before they corrupt anything. On a machine that stays up for months, that matters.

NVMe storage

Low-latency storage for databases, busy stores, and anything else where disk I/O is your bottleneck.

KVM virtualization

Full virtualization with your own kernel and a properly isolated operating system, not a container sharing someone else's.

US & Europe

Nuremberg or Manassas, Virginia. Choose the region during checkout and put the server near the people who use it.

Where each region physically is, where backups go, and an address to ping before you order are all on the infrastructure page.

Moving from another VPS or hosting provider?

Tell us what you’re running today and we’ll plan the move with you: what comes across, what needs rebuilding, and how the switch happens without taking your sites down. Migrations into a supported fully managed environment are handled by our engineers as part of the service. If your setup is unusual, we’ll say so before you commit rather than after.

Common questions

What's the difference between fully managed and self-managed?

Fully managed means we provision the server, set up a supported control panel, apply our security baseline, keep the operating system and platform patched, and pick up the ticket when something misbehaves. Self-managed hands you root and stops there: you run the OS, the software, and the configuration, while we look after the hardware, network, and virtualization underneath. Most people should take fully managed.

Do I get root access?

On a self-managed VPS, yes. Full root, your rules. On a fully managed VPS we run the operating system, so root stays with us by default. Tell us what you need to do and we'll be straight about what that means for support.

Are the CPU cores really dedicated?

Yes. Each size is allocated its own cores on AMD EPYC 9645 hardware, not a slice of a shared vCPU pool. Memory is DDR5 ECC and storage is NVMe, so the numbers on the card are the resources your server actually has.

Where are the servers located?

The United States and Europe. You choose the region during checkout, so pick whichever is closest to the people using your site or app.

Can I order without a control panel?

You can. The configurator offers Enhance, cPanel & WHM, Plesk, or no panel at all. One thing to know before you choose: a VPS ordered without a supported control panel can't use our standard fully managed service, so that combination goes out self-managed.

Can you move my existing server across?

Usually. Migrations into a fully managed VPS are handled by our engineers as part of the service. For self-managed servers or unusual stacks, tell us what you're running and we'll tell you honestly what we can take on before you order.

Need more than a VPS?

Some projects don’t fit a standard server. Custom infrastructure, dedicated hardware, compliance-specific environments, specialized networking, unusual architectures, high-availability designs, anything past the sizes above: that’s a conversation with our enterprise team, not a checkout page.

Pick a size and we’ll take it from there

Choose fully managed and our engineers set it up and keep it running, or go self-managed and take root. Either way the hardware is the same.
