How does the free migration work?
Tell us where your site is hosted and we do the rest: we copy your files, databases, and email, test everything on our servers, and only switch over once you've confirmed it all works. Zero downtime, no charge, no matter how messy the old setup is.
Will my renewal price go up?
Not as a sales tactic. You renew at the price you signed up at, and we don't use teaser rates that triple at renewal. The one exception is written into our terms: if our own costs rise, we can raise a plan's renewal price at most once a year, with 60 days' notice by email, the reason, and the option to cancel before you pay it.
Who actually answers my support tickets?
Engineers who work on the servers your site runs on, not an outsourced call center reading a script. You get an answer from someone who can fix the problem.
What if I'm not happy?
