What's included in the free migration?

Free migration is included with every hosting plan. Here's precisely what that covers.

What we move

• All website files and databases
• Email accounts, forwarders, and autoresponders (where your old host allows export)
• SSL (we issue a fresh certificate on our side before switch-over)
• DNS records, recreated and verified

What we need from you

Either a login to your current hosting control panel, or a full backup file. That's it.

How long it takes

Most migrations complete within one business day. Complex sites (large stores, multisite) can take longer, and we'll give you an honest estimate up front.

When does my site go offline?

It doesn't. Your old site stays live during the entire copy. We only switch DNS after you've reviewed the copy and confirmed it works. If anything looks wrong, we fix it before switching.
